Riverside Studios was the very first hand-dyed yarn that we ordered for Yarns Untangled and to continues to be one of our very favourite yarn companies. They boast a wide selection of truly beautiful colourways, hand-dyed out of Wakefield, Quebec.
This yarn is a unique 2 step 8-ply Superwash 80% merino, 20% nylon blend. A fingering weight yarn, it is soft for next to skin wear. A round, bouncy yarn with great stitch definition. One skein is enough for a beautiful pair of adult socks, a lovely shawl, or a baby garment. The skein is 115 grams and 443 yards.
