At Yarns Untangled, we want you to love every stitch of your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused yarn or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring that all skein bands are intact and the items are free from odors or pet hair.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
